Hi all, hope your all having a good day,

I've got a new pain today and wondered if anyone else as the same, it's right deep in groin, almost at top of leg, it's pinchy, or like someone is plucking a hair out, but right inside, more when I walk, but also when sitting lying,

Xxx

I've been told the endo can press on nerves causing pain in groin / down legs. It's something I've suffered from for years. I'm waiting to see if my first excision surgery, removing severe endo from just about everywhere, has improved things.

yes endo does wrap around nerves and blood vessels and will cause this type of pain. in some cases tho rare it has been found to even travel down the legs. if u had surgery it also may very limely be adhesions from the surgery. but if u havent had surgery its most likely endo. i get it all the time. its annoying and comes and goes.
