Is it endo?

Hi!i have a chronic abdominal pain.it has been this way for the last 3years.there hasn't been a day for me without pain except when I was 5 months pregnant it went away for 2weeks and when I breastfed my baby it stayed away for a wonderful 4months!!!!i couldn't breastfeed exclusively anymore and the less I breastfed the worst the pain became.now my baby is 9months and I breastfeed only 1's a day.i have been to a gastroenterologist-nothing wrong.i have a cyst on my right ovary but I think the radiologist said it was because I was ovulating.it doesn't matter what I eat or don't eat the pain is there.it feels like typical period pain.could this be endo or do think I will be wasting my and the gynocologists's time?i have had colonoscopies and gastroscopies and nothing came up.things like IBS has also been mentioned but my pain is not related to what I eat because it doesn't matter what or what I don't eat the pain is still there!
