Anxiety...

For the last few days since my prostap I've been suffering with really bad anxiety. I can't sleep I feel so irritable and strange then the best minute il feel fine then the next il feel so anxious and overwhelmed. Any ideas of how to help this would be appreciated. I'm even worrying about work tomorrow! x

Hi, I felt the same and the anxiety, along with the hot flushes, meant that I found it really difficult in meetings and generally at work. For that reason I stopped the injections after 4 months. However I also suffer from severe depression so that may have meant the symptoms were increased. I later found out it shouldn't really be given if you have depression but they never even asked me! It's a shame as it really helps with the pain. You may just need to give it some time for the anxiety to settle down??

The hot flushes are terrible aren't they! Especially at work it's awful. Starting hrt tonight hoping that may help. My boyfriend is so good and really tries to help. Hope you can re start prostap soon or find an alternative that could help you x
