Can I get any natural help getting pregnant

Im 27 years old and I have been dealing with endometriosis for almost 6 yrs I have had 3 laparoscopy's and hysreoscopy's....its not an easy condition to live with especially the pain and symptoms...I have been married for nearly 4 months although we have been together for 3 years, we have been trying for a baby for the last year and a half but sadly nothing is happening does anyone have any ideas on what I could do without having ivf

Hey! Sorry to hear you've been suffering. I've got Endo too but was only diagnosed in March & had a lap in April. Had been ttc for a year before that. Have you had your fallopian tubes tested, ovulation & eggs checked? My problem was that despite v heavy & painful periods I wasn't ovulating so I have been put on Clomid which has made it happen. There are steps you can take before IVF but it depends on the possible reasons for your infertility.
