Feel worse

Feel ill and I mean ill can't grab things without dropping it ha blood in my stool on tuesday and the pain in my abdomen is unreal light headed almost passed out on wednesday I hate this never used to be like this any suggestions on what I should do lying on sofa in agony thanks x
