how to deal with anxiety whilst dealing with endometriosis?

Hi. I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis after 7 years of suffering. I have tried every contraceptive pill going as well as the mirena coil. I suffer with general anxiety as well as ocd. I do really well with techniques that ive been taught to recover from anxiety but as soon as i get pain or nausea from endometriosis i mess up its affecting my relationship, work, social life etc and i have no idea what to do. any ideas on how to deal with the pain or nausea?
