Over the past month or so i've been noticing this odd feeling in my stomach whenever i go to the toilet (for either use) it kind of feels like my stomachs being sucked into a hole and i cant tense it. Its causing me trouble when needing to use the toilet now. Does anyone have any idea what's causing it?

I have this, I have got a prolapse now not sure what came first the prolapse or the straining, its like my muscles don't quite connect when I need to go, I have to strain for ages to pee x
