ITP and endo are very different conditions. There will be some ITP ladies who also have endo - because endo is so common in the general female population. I don't know of any, but if you have a disorder that prevents blood clotting, if you have endo too it will make the symptoms all the more severe and also that any woman with itp is already likely to be doing something to stop her periods anyway due to the itp, this would reduce the likely spread of new endo.

on the one hand the endo will be worse but on the other, the treatment for itp and managing bleeding will be an early intervention for any woman with endo.

Hi! I have multiple bleeding disorders including ITP. When were you diagnosed? Are you under haemotology? My consultant explained it complicates endo as ITP is immune destruction of platelets meaning when you bleed you bleed more as the blood does not respond as it should.. xx
