Since my second lot of prostap 3 weeks ago iv had awful pain in my legs. My gp just said it's normal. Anyone got any tips on how to ease the pain because it really hurts!! I feel like I should be 80 not 24 with all the side effects like menopause, back pain, joint pain and head aches.
I just want a night of being pain free x

Hi, I'm sorry to hear your in so much pain. I'm the same, worst being in my arms. I was told by dr who put me on the injections I could have add back ! When I asked my gp she looked at me like I had two heads lol. So I'm left in limbo. The pain is better than the endo pain so I'm carrying on ! Haven't found any pain killers to touch it ! Been tempted to try some herbal remedies but I'm unsure.
It may be worth along for add back !! Let me know how you get on.
Hiya, I had the same thing with add back!!! My surgeon said have it if I have problems yet my GP looked at me like I'm loopy and prescribed me something that makes endo worse lol. Safe to say I'm not seeing that gp again but the others still haven't prescribed add back either x
I started Prostap injections early in December. On 27th December I had the three month one followed by a one month one about two weeks ago. For the past few weeks I have been suffering from leg pain which restricts my movement. I need help to put my shoes and socks on. Could Prostap be the cause? Muscle and bone pain are mentioned as side effects on the information sheet. I'm also on statins though. So these are known to cause muscle pain. The medics don't think any of these are related and think it is more likely I have a trapped nerve.
