i cannot use either a racing saddle or normal saddle it hurts me down there - bones and bits. Mostly it feels like the bones are hurting. i don't know which bones they are - but either side of the vagina when you push in and i am carrying a fair bit of natural padding too.

I cycled a lot as a kid with no problems. I can't do gym cycles or real bikes now - not without big cushion

Motorcycling or Moped is fine because of the angle you can sit rocked further back, so the pelvis is much more like sitting on a chair or on bigger bikes with much more padding.

I do ride motor bikes occasionally. But bicycles - never.

Walking for a period of time, yes. It's probably the same as the bike riding, as the muscles of your body are rubbing against the sore spots created by the endo. And I have yet to figure out how to make the pain stop, except for giving up the movement. :-( Sorry.

The only exercise that I can do for any reasonable amount of time, is swimming.

I use to enjoy cycling with my son, but I'm either to tired to do it or the pain kicks

in after 10 minutes or so.

Walking was another joy of mine. My three wonderful dogs are really missing out on our hikes. (10+ miles a couple of times a week) Now they only get half an hours walk at the most.

Miserable isn't it?

Best wishes,

Barbara x
