I've been taking a good quality juice for ten days and at the moment I do actually feel slightly better. Just wanted to share with you. Read some of the reviews on amazon xxx

I'm drinking the berry juice one, it tastes like crap, you can mix it with other pure juice. Drink it like a shot. Xx

60mls to 100mls a day, I drink the forever aloe berry nectar but there is a plain one called aloe Vera forever living gel. It's not cheap approx £20. But personally looks on amazon at just aloe Vera juice drink, you might want to buy another one. X

Sheri26 ...Hello, I am glad to hear this product makes you feel better. However, I took Forever Aloe Vera some years ago and it did nothing for me! Many of my friends who bought the various drinks,

[ it was so highly recommended for all sorts of ailments ]

found a little benefit while taking - but none after they stopped. I am unsure what studies have been done into repeated use? I can however highly recommend the FLP creams and lotions.... but not for ingesting.

My mam took it for ibs but it was her psoriasis that improved.

Eventually tho it just gave her diarrhoea so she had to stop
