I was diagnosed with endometriosis about 2 1/2 years ago. I was having sever abdominal pain, so my OBGYN did an Oblation procedure on me.

She found the endo, said stage 3-4, couldn't remove endo it was spread all around both ovaries and had adhered itself to the sm. bowel. 2 opinions have told me I could wait it out, since Im 54 and menopause will slow it down, or take the shots that throw you into menapuase OR have a full surgery , hysterectomy but it would take them calling in 1 2nd surgeon to disconnect the endo from the bowel part. I waited 2 years and have been fine. Now Im feeling very bloated almost daily. No pain, but pressure... Have pressure points during sex so I think it may be have grown. I also have IBS.... I just know that. But the only things they gave me was dicyclomine pills 4 times a day to relax the colon and help the severe spasms and pain for happeneing. Im scared now. I don't know if I should ask for the MAJOR surgery with 2 doctors cutting on my bowel and one doing the hysterectomy or see if they can give me something to treat the endo and the ibs. Help?? Major surgery they said would involve 2 surgeons and at least a month recovery. Ive waited 2 yrs because all has been great, but once I have this pressure during sex I began to wonder if this will affect my sex life with my husband and is it growing
