I was told by my GP the 1 month was £100 and the three month £300. That was over a year ago not sure if it's changed.

If you are in Australia it's about $330 or $5.50 if you have a government Health Care concession card.

It varies as to what country you are in, and whether obtained on private or NHS type health care. You can even buy it in Amazon would you believe....but please don't !!
