Usually known as Norethisterone and plenty of us have been on it. You must not forget to take them, because if you accidentally do then you will trigger a period. Staying on them continuously will prevent having a period. They are often prescribed to sports people and students who don't want to be 'on' during important events, and also you can get them if you booked a holiday then discovered you would be 'on' during the holiday.
It is basically a menstrual control pill.
Even with side effects...are they worse than having the pain and bleeding of a period? If not then put up with them. If they are worse then there are many other BC pills to try instead.
I didn't have any side effects on it, other than the very annoying 'forgetting to take one' and triggering a period or worse still being overseas on an adventure and getting an upset tummy which rendered the tablets ineffective and also triggered a period. But with normal daily use they can be very helpful as you can plan to stop a couple of days before you want to have a period, or delay for a few days or even weeks if needs be.
Thanks you, II am struggling always the side affects and although it's nice not the pain of a period the side effects of the tables are affecting my job as can't stand any body coming near me,
