Quick Picolax question

Finally managed to get an answer about picloax and what to expect. But was just wondering if anyone else can give me the lowdown on their experience with Picolax, please? Stupidly forgot to ask when I have to stop drinking too.

Picolax will certainly clear you out. It has a lemon flavour but isn't the most pleasant lemon drink to have. Hold your nose and down it! Lol. Keep drinking plenty if fluid to replace what you loose as you will be 'weeing from your ' bum! Sorry to be so graffic but that's how it will be once your bowel has emptied! Stay home you need to be home much better to have your own wc. Don't plan to go out but if you really need to you can plan around you're loo trips! Your admissions letter should tell you when to stop eating and drinking but I really stress that you keep the fluids up, I had a horrible headache for a couple days after , probably due to dehydration. It's sounds horrible but it isn't that bad. Ladies have posted the use of wet wipes, Vaseline as you might get sore and I would recommend top notch luxury loo paper..be kind to your bum day;)) hope goes well j xx

Don't drink too fast as i did and vomited everything ... it was a Sunday after phoning for advice I got the emergency doctor to fax another prescription ... But the chemist did not have it and gave me a replacement the hospital didn't want to know so I had to drive 30 minutes to go and fetch the medicine there. There should be a note to tell you when you need to stop drinking . Eat well the day before because I end up starving having to wait for op .

You will be emptying yourself and should stay at home that day .... The drink is disgusted ...
