Shout out to ladies using HRT Patch! I am new to these little sticky patches and am collecting an array of furry rectangular patches where the old patch leaves its goop!! Can any one recommend an easy way to get it off my skin . Brillo pad comes close to mind at mo but am hoping for a gentler approach. Any advice welcome cheers J ;)

Try using baby oil (or any other oil that's kind to the skin - olive oil, massage oil) If it's the 'glue' from the plaster left behind, the oil can break it down. Put some on a cotton make up pad thing (what are they called?) and rub it on. If it's really sticky, you might have to put the oil on it with your fingers and then wait a minute or two for it to work its magic and then wipe it off and do it again. You'll have moisturised skin into the bargain.

nail polish remover on a cotton pad should disolve the glue pretty quickly. Do a small test patch first incase you get a reaction, but it should loosen the glue and you can kind of roll it off the skin.Just avoid getting it on fabric and furnishings. That's what I use anyway.

It's up to you.
