Blood in vomit? I was wondering if this is a symptom of the endo? Slightly worried as to why it happened.

There are many reasons you would get blood in your vomit and its not safe to assume anything. You need to see a qualified doctor about it so it is very important that you call your GP now as it is seen as a "medical emergency" if you are vomiting blood in any way.

I know its bank holiday weekend but "medical emergencies" are the reason why there is an out of hours service.

Hopefully its something small they can remedy but please call your out of hours GP service

Usually you call your surgery and you will be redirected to their out of hours service but if not you cal call NHS direct or go to a local walk-in centre

Also if getting in touch with a GP is very difficult you could definitely be justified in going to A&E since the NHS define this as an emergency (what is A&E for if not for emergencies?) xx
