My right foot seems to sublux every 5-10 steps. It's so painful, makes me cry out. (Bit embarrassing). The bones or tendons in my forefoot move and clunk over each other. What can I do about that?!

Anyone have subluxing feet?

Hi my daughter is a teenager with this problem plus very very large bunions not caused by wearing tight shoes or high heels!! She sees the podiatrist that has told her boots only and fits special insoles to them for her, I spent 2 yrs spending silly money on boots untill i brought her DR Martins and i must say this has at last helped even if she looks a bit funny in summer but she is quite happy as she can run around with the other kids,
I had a bunion at 14 and had it operated on at 17. It healed it for many years. Just had it done again last year, more than 20 years later! Perhaps she should?
My daughter dosent want surgery she did her own research! But hospitals etc wont do anything like that anymore unless she can no longer walk, East sussex health system sucks here, It has taken 3 years for my GP to refere the twins to a Rhumatologist as his view was that i knew how to look after their health and had already been doing it 20yr so he felt they didnt need to see a specialist, Problem caused major conflict betwen school and myself as GP says tell them school says you need letters my kids now are being taught at home now they are happy and pain free most of the time aswell as meditation
