Hi Moons, I too am up and down between 19 and 17% and like you I feel nauseous and have a lack of appertite. The problem I have is that I am expected to loose weight which is not easy when you don't feel like eating, it must be harder if you are diabetic. I have just asked my mother in law who is also diabetic, not sure if as a person with your kidney complaint you can use this but she suggested Complain or Slim Fast milkshakes. As goes the drinking lots of water try flavoured water. Liquid is one thing that I am unable to drink too much of with the kidney complaint I have. I hope this is of some help. Niki
