I was diagnosed with PKD four years ago.

Two years before this, I was rushed to hospital as I had collapsed from severe stomach and back pain; and not being able to pass urine.

I was not scanned only x rayed, had my blood dyed.

I was told it was probably a suspected passing kidney stone!!!

How wrong was that hospital, as I had repercussions of pain in left kidney; i had to insist to my GP that I needed a scan as something was so wrong inside my body.

I have terrible pain in my lower back left side i only have 1 kidney left side is this my kidney.were was your pain
