I use Smart Balance but I have prescriptions to lower my cholesterol and that has me at a very good lever now. I take pravastatin and zetia. Neither cause any issues.

Benecol and Smart Balance are both excellent options. They provided some benefits, but not enough for me, so my doctor prescribed Simvastatin in addition to a proper diet to manage my high cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Be sure to consult with your doctor and collaborate with them to achieve healthy blood levels.
