So I'm so confused lol I phoned the gp who's receptionist told me my urine microalbumin level was 3 and satisfactory.

I went and got a print out and infact my microalbumin was <3 mg/l which I'm gathering is good.

My urine creatinine was 3.5mmol/L but there were no ranges so I'm not sure if that's good or bad

Mu albumin:creatinine ratio says -- which in take to be a very good thing :-)

My Dr has told me satisfactory for a few tests that have been way off that's why I always check now

Your ACR is (less than) 3g /3.5mmol. Albumin to Creatinine ratio. A ratio less than 1 is normal. Which is indeed good!

Albumin is checked when protein loss is low. When you get into serious protein loss the measurement becomes PCR (protein to creatinine ratio) as you don't need sensitive testing like ACR anymore.

Congrats..
