Did anyone here was diagnosed as a CKD patient through only the blood test? what about if someone don't have blood or protein in his urine?? his eGFR above 60?
why some doctors say that eGFR of 60 and about don't have CKD? and other say other things?
my urine test is NORMAL and ultrasound is NORMAL as well, no blood or protein in the urine, I don't have symptoms I have been lifting in the gym for one year and a half, now stopped, is that the reason?
Couple the function of the Kidney be reversed? Do I have a disease in the Kidneys if my eGFR is getting up 20 points and then down 5 points?

I think if you go back to your other post, you will see the answers to your questions. Yes GFR fluctuates. Yes excess exercise can impact you lab values. And yes, CKD can be diagnosed through blood labs.
Please speak to you doctor about your concerns. A level of 60 can be considered stage 2 but there are other factors. Being the age of 25, that's a bit concerning. But then, you work out which will impact the readings and consumed large quantities of protein. As discussed here is you other post
I am in the same boat, got my gfr reading at 55, though my urine sample was ok and my ultrasound didn’t show any abnormalities. I am aged 50 but don’t know what exactly is going on.
