Free kappa and free lambda

Hiya just wondering does anyone know much about these tests, I have just had a letter from my liver consultant and he has tested for this it's the first time I have heard of them and I do have ckd stage 3 but I have never seen them on my kidney results before they are both high which I know isn't a good sign lol

Thank you for your message. Stage 3 CKD could mean a moderate amount of kidney dysfunction. You may want to talk with your doctor about this.
