Hello: Very interesting article and a great deal of it makes sense. Our body is all part of the whole. What affects one system will affect another system. And in the closing, it said it best for best overall health of ones being: "eat a healthy diet, feed yourself with foods that fertilize and promote good bacteria growth, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and reducing alcohol and red meat." More and more evidence is showing just how bad our health gets by eating the "wrong way" and that meat is detrimental, especially red meat to the heart and kidneys. Thanks so much for sharing! stay safe....Regards,
