Stage 4 ckd

I am stage 4 ckd patient from India.

The roads here are not smooth with many pits.

I drive 🚲 bike for around 30kms on daily basis due to my nature of job.

Can driving on rough roads do any harm to my kidney?

I did a google search and this topic appeared on a truckdrivers site. It just says that bruising may occur, so to make sure your seat is comfortable and I am assuming try to avoid going through too many holes.
