Hi,

I am not sure what anti-rejection meds are or do. I am also stage 3b. I have lost one kidney in 2014. My eGFR has dropped 10 points rather quickly. I do know that some blood pressure medicines may effect the eGFR. I would consult with your kidney doctor. I, also, know that low protein diet is helpful. Good Luck

Thank you I'm trying to watch what I eat and go for walks every day but it's hard to eat right 😊

Oh, no one knows it better then me how hard it is to eat right. However, only you can control what goes over your lips. Just try to eat fresh !! Fresh fruit and vegetables and less protein. Be your own Chef. Good Luck. CKD leads to diaysis.
