Dear Anusai
I think with your creatinine level at that level i would certainly go back and ask the questions about it i was diagnosed with ANCA vascuilitis some two and half years ago and although my level is still a bit high at 160 mine was up at your levels but i have managed to get mine down.Good luck.
Well with that level your husband is no longer Stage 3 (although you do not say his age so it is hard to calculate exactly). But I'm confused. Some doctor must have ordered this blood work done. either a primary care or kidney doctor. So have they not scheduled an appointment to go over the results?? This is the usual next step. And certainly with those results I would think they should have contacted you by now. To answer your question. Yes get to a doctor. Urgent? Well it does not have to be today, or tomorrow. But surely soon. Although there is no magic medicine or cure that can be given that will get those numbers back to stage 3. But there are so many considerations that the doctor will likely perform. Another test to see if these Creatinine numbers are accurate or a one time experience. Dietary recommendations to help it from getting much worse too quickly. Perhaps introduction of some blood pressure medications (not to cure anything, but to help the kidney be under less stress and perhaps reduce the level a little). You do not mention when the last test was performed, before this one. You said he was stage 3 (not sure if 3a or 3b) and these numbers would say no longer. Was this a huge increase, as it seems, since his last test, in just 6 months?? It sounds it.
Yes! Get there!
The glucose is high. That should be lowered to avoid diabetic nephropathy
