Positive p-Anca

Hello, I am a 35 year old woman who has been struggling with pretty severe health issues since the birth of my third child in February. I have had many tests and one which came back positive was my p-anca. It was stated that t was an atypical staining pattern. My ESR was actually low so the doctors didn't suspect vasculitis as the cause of my symptoms. Is it possible to have no inflammation markers above normal and still have active vasculitis?

Thank yo for reading.

So sorry for your troubles. Is this a kidney related condition? I'm wondering if you might get more helpful advice in a different forum. Maybe try the vaculitis forum. Here is the link

Sending you blessings and healing thoughts! I hope you find your answers.
