I have a kidney transplant it been 17 years I recently im on stage 3 of ckd I'm concern nervous worried

Hi my name is Jennifer I'm a 28 year old female I had a kidney transplant from my dad it's been 17 years I recently diagnose with ckd 3 I'm really worried it when down to 55 put the doctor said that it's ok. But I became really worried and crazy thoughts through my head through research and diet it when to 60 but recently I when to the hospital bcuz of adnormal vaginal bleeding and I check the results and it when down to 49 I'm really scare and concerned of gettin sick please is there any advice u guys could give me to calm down or I'm i exaggerating plzz any advice. Thank you

please try to stay calm you can live with stage 3 for many years i don't know much about transplants but what i have read is that some people even after a transplant are still stage 3 it is never as good as your own someone on bkpa on facebook had a transplant over 2 years ago & it never got above stage 4 but she has been still grateful it has given her at least that length dialysis free! just keep taking the pills & look after yourself good diet etc & hopefully you will stay in stage 3 for many years to come worrying will make things worse take care x
