Long infundibulum draining into centre part of kidney

Hi I had a CT scan with dye of my kidneys and it shows that the upper part of my right kidney has a long infundibulum draining into the centre part of the kidney. Does anyone know what this means? Thanks in advance xx

Thanks for your reply, that makes sense my dad used to get a lot of kidney stones and I had one a few years ago in my left kidney - the pain was horrendous xx
