Protein in urine?
Hi yes I had the same but mine was initially from having had kidney stones when I was 21 (1996) and it was only when I changed doctors in 2011 that the doctor was concerned that I had protein in my water. This was also from being diagnosed with high BP In 2003. This lead to me having a biopsy and being diagnosed with chronic kidney disease only stage 1 but both my kidneys at functioning at 50% which sounds scary, however this is all controlled but medication and I am regularly observed by my consultant every 3-6months. I am not wanting to frighten you as it may be different for yourself. But I lead a very normal life and have continue to do so on the tablets since 2011 and the only symptoms of the disease that I get is tiredness.
Dear One, One of my acquaintances has this problem and the nephrologist has told him to have a proper diet regarding eating and drinking. Try to have a diet of vegetation and limit consuming meat, specifically, red meat. Of course, salt, sugar and fat must be controlled too. Also, be careful of blood pressure. One of the most important things is to keep always calm and tranquil, because, psychic tensions and panic are hazardous and try not to get angry, although, it is impossible. I,sincerely, wish you a very healthy life. Good Luck.
