Hi has anyone had a positive donor specific antibodies test post transplant? I have had my transplant 22 years. After a recent biopsy and change of meds my blood results had been looking good after a rocky 10 months. However last 2 sets of bloods have shown a decline again and now just had positive dsa result. I am back at unit for more bloods Weds and to see consultant Friday. Just wonderered if anyone has had treatment for positive dsa post transplant. Thanks
