Hi. I've been trying to get my blood sugar levels down. Missed some meals and I've made some vegetable soup for emergencies. I've also had stopped cooking rice.

See a dietitian first. I had to cut out natural orange juice and parsnips for a starter. I have found that sardines and Vegemite or Marmite are ideal for diabetics as they are high energy but slow release, hence no sugar hit.
