I've been a Type 1 since England won the World Cup. The days I don't do anything, then it's worse. Even a simple walk is better!

It is recognised nowdays that exercise of any kind plays a vital part of our well-being. I genuinely believe I am able to do more housework and deal with things I've put off doing if I've been on a short walk first.. I sometimes think of my body as one of those clocks where you can see the moving parts and imagine all my inners moving around as Im walking! Best wishes Hobieone and try keeping up your short walks whenever you can. Chrys.

Being positive is also better for your HEAD. A very important thing too. "Life is for Living". I got rid of the bandage on my braket yesterday. No scare & feel much better.
