NHS recommends 5*30 minute slots of exercise per week. What do you think to this?

Walking is a great way to get exercise during the day.

Do you get to walk around during the week? You can always take a walk every other day, but start slowly. You don’t want to push yourself too hard too fast.

I agree & try as much as I can. I do not pay for Hosp car park. Always walk a mile or so where its FREE. Good luck & well done gyasi22
