Thanks for allowing me to join your group. I have just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes so I am hoping to obtain some helpful information to eat and live a healthier lifestyle.

Hi Kerrob65 ,

Welcome to the group. Please feel free to continue posting your postings and comments, asking questions, reading and replying to other member's postings/comments, take the polls on the Polls Section, attend the monthly meetings, take a look at the Pinned Posts and of course, meet the rest of the group members. Everyone is very nice and willing to help each other with any questions to the best of our abilities.

For some information, please check out the free leaflets on the Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation's website. All leaflets can be downloaded, read and/or listen to at anytime. Please go to: drwf.org.uk/understanding-d...

I hope this helps.
