The treatment contains three major parts 1) food intake, 2) exercise, 3) medication i.e ayurvedic. The drug name is BGR-34. You should have good heavy breakfast. One hour brisk walking in morning or evening. Avoid fruits like banana, mango, grapes, sapota (cheekoo) etc. you can take papaya, guava, sweet lemon, oranges, watermelon etc.
