Hi Gamanpk
Where do you live? Have you been to see your doctor about this?
I looked at fourmillement online as I was unaware of this term. It seems it is linked to diabetes, hypoglycaemia and thyroid conditions. Here is a link with a bit more information.

Dear I thank you so much for your right reply.I live in France but I shall be going to south India to take rest in a mountain area.( Ooty ) I have my next appointment with my doctor on the 13th April 2016 and whatever the result of my appointment with the doctor I want yo go yo India to take Auyurvedic treatment because after reading this new problem, the medicaments are very high and I have this diabetic since 1994.Type 2
I also do my regular physical exercice like swimming, walking, bycle and sometimes I do my yoga. I have also family endless problems with my son which hurts me daily.my e mail is gefco1987@outlook.com
It sounds like you have got everything under control and a good plan. It's great that you have got an appointment coming up with your doctor, hopefully he/she can help with your current worry and issue with your diabetes.
I love that you keep so active and fit, do yoga and are going to do Auyurvedic treatment. I have always believed that managing diabetes is about mind, body and spirit and not just medicine. You have to treat the whole person. I have also done yoga, meditation and Tai Chi and found these approaches to be hugely beneficial to my diabetes, blood-pressure and state of mind.
Sorry to hear that you are having family issues too. Of course stress can have a huge impact on blood-glucose and hormone levels, so I'm sure this is not helping you. I hope you can resolve these issues and get back to good health.
I wish you well.
