I've been noticing that every time I read before going to bed, my numbers sometimes get lower by morning. Other activities do the same (watch tv, for example). Has anyone else had this happen?

ie possible that what is going on isn't just to do with insulin as there are other things that can affect blood sugar levels - B12 - which is used up by the body in releasing energy - though think that most of that is around physical exertion and muscles something the activities you mention wouldn't obvious raise.
