AF options

Tried the AF Stella last night. Really good, tasted like the real thing. I’ve tried quite a few before now. Corona, Heineken, lucky saint and some of brew dogs AF IPA’s. Honestly recommend the Stella to anyone that wants a weekend alternative!

Anyone got any other good AF recommendations??

Will try it. I am drinking Corona Cero which is also really nice.

Guinness zero is astonishingly good, Becks Blue is also okay (still better than most).

Brooklyn Special Effects (for spicy food) and Ghost ship 0.5 (for everything else) are also both genuinely lovely, but they're 0.5 abv not <0.05 like the 'proper' AF ones.

Kylie's rose fizz is good for when you want to pop something.

I'd kill for a decent red wine though -- they all suck :\

Yeah I got an AF red wine the other day for a recipe and it just tasted like vinegar 🤣

I had a zero alcohol mulled not wine. It was nice just grape juice and spices but comforting and reduced to £1.35 a bottle.

yep seems to be that, or alternatively what is obviously just red grape juice with (somehow) the flavour of dust in it.

Not a massive wine fan, myself🤣 So can take it or leave it. Fortunately the AF options for beer nowadays are a lot better!

Doom Bar Zero if you liked bitter. Aldi’s St Etienne NA, Peroni Zéro. Heineken and Budweiser Zero if you didn’t like drinking anyway!

Good shout on the Peroni zero. Tried a few last sober october. They’re getting a lot better nowadays as I’ve said. Remember trying that erdinger zero🤮 like drinking a bottle of porridge
