Hi everyone. I'm glad to have joined the community; this is something I should have done years ago.
My drinking has become increasingly problematic and now, as well as damaging my relationship with the people I care about the most, it's also starting to impact my work and health. So, I've decided to take control of drink, rather than the other way around.
A question for the community; what do you do to stave off that desire for a drink, especially when you're tired, stressed or even feeling in the mood for a celebration?
