I am a diabetic since 2001.The cause is heredatory,genetic and stress level. I Was working with A big corporate house for last 24 years. The job demands too much and there is little time for devoting to family. It Was 12 hrs run. still could maintain the sugar level because of morning walk for 30/45 minutes daily. In holidays it was one hour with PRANAYAM AND YOGA WITH SMALL EXERCISES. Medicine oral and food control was also exercised as a result the TYPE ii diabates never increased to TYPE i and all the time sugar was conrolled. A life style management has to be undertaken and control in every respect in food, medicine, junk foods, exercises has to be undertaken.
Now after retirement stress level has gone down and life style management is more disciplined as a result sugal level is controlled. So donot be panic. keep your mind cool and no stress lelvel.
