glimipride 2 mg before breakfast and dinner and Janumet 5/500 after breakfast and dinner. The sugar level remains below 100 in the morning fasting. Suggest alternative medicines.

dr.rishad, sir, I would like to share the cause of my debetics. fourteen years back I was detected debetics. Initial five years I was taking glimipride 1g. Next two years doctor prescribed me two doges of glimipride 1g. Another two years the doctor added metforfine 500mg morining and evening with glimipride 1g. Thereafter doctor added pioglitazone 15mg with above medicine. four years back vaglipose 0.3mg was added in between the dinner meal. for the last one year the sugar level is uncontrollable. please advise glimipride 1g be continued with the medicines suggested by you.
