yes you can eat but then you must skip your meal

gimpex if you have vigorous physical activity you can take seasonal fruit such as mangoe in absolute moderation ONLY once in a while but not on regular basis

Fruits are loaded with sugars that are quickly absorbed into the system.You should be aware as to much sugar(glycemic) load you are putting on your system.Such awareness will discourage from eating many kinds of fruits.You may eat papaya,though.
