MOST IMPORTANT thing is to understand DIABETES. When I became Diabetic IN 2006, I STUDIED IT & DROVE IT AWAY.

If you want to see my experience with fruits read this section of my web-article appropedia.org/Diabetes_mel....

If you are planning TO LIVE WITH IT, all the other's suggestions are very good.

Diabetes is a fundamental disorder. It is comparable with low voltage in an electric circuit. In both cases all connected subsystems will under-perform and will fail in due course. Diab impairs the glucose (SUGAR) & oxygen supply to ALL CELLS of the patient. You cannot compensate the resultant weakness with liquor, food or medicines.

I was diabetic from 2006; but NOT diabetic from 2009. I studied Diabetes thoroughly, because it was to solve MY problem.

Do you want to see my experience and blood sugar history from 2006 to 2013? Those are reported at: appropedia.org/Diabetes_mel... If you want only MODUS OPERANDI, GO TO appropedia.org/Diabetes_mel...

Please report your future experience (good or bad) here for the benefit of others.
