can u send me diet chart what i should eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner,i amveg.
I am following below lifestyle and not facing complexities.
In the morning everyday compulsory 6-6:15 am before brush drinking 1litre light hot water after 15 minutes drinking 1.5 glass raw juice
monday -curry leafs+snake gourd+ gourd+ raw termeric+ raw ginger
Tuesday -corriender leafs+snake gourd+ gourd+ raw termeric+ raw ginger
Wednesday - periwinkle leafs+ Jamun leafs + neem leafs +snake gourd+ gourd+ raw termeric+ raw ginger
Thursday -Alovera leafs+snake gourd+ gourd+ raw termeric+ raw ginger
Friday -Amla powder 1 tea sp+Jamun Powder 1 tea sp+Turmeric Powder 1Tea sp+Trifala 1 tea sp in 1 glass hot water
Saturday - Bitter gourd+snake gourd+ gourd+ raw termeric+ raw ginger
SUNDAY NO FORMALITY only as casual life.
Apart from the above doing some yoga in evening hours + taking 8 drops in half glass water of Sy Jambulam Q homoeo medicinne in evening before half an hour to dinner.
Break fast pressed rice/chapati +curd no sugar+papaya some pieces.
Lunch long good quality rice (double boiled rice from west bengal).+veg curry 3:2 ratio raice and curry.
Afternoon snacks : not fixed what ever available except sweet.
Dinner 3-4 chapaties small quantity of rice 1 raw garlic in small pieces quantum of curry is more than normal meals all vegitable, less spicy less oily.
i like the receipes u sent me thanks, only somethings i don't get in usa, like some kind of leaves u mensioned will try, and i think the homepathic medicine aslo i will bring from india, my husband isgoing to india tomorrow, thanks, even if u have alternative juise receipe i will appreciate it. thanks again so much.

I eat mostly Brown Rice for Lunch with Lot of Vegetables for Lunch.
For Breakfast it will be from wheat Dosa,Ragi OR Wheat Dosa ORIdli.OR Uppitu,OR Semia OR Brown Wheat Bread 3 Slices with Sugarless Rose Petal Jam & Tea. .
Dinner - Chapathi 2.5 having 7 Inch dia with Curry.OR Idli Samar OR Wheat Dosa.Ragi Dosa.OR Fried Veg Brown Rice.
Snack - Maria Biscuts with Tea.
NO to Milk / White Rice / Ghee / Coconut / Less Salt only Yes / Bakery Products / Sugar.
Keep it up - Diat Control is only cure with BMI of 19.
