Please note that i am not doctor but a diabetic person so always ask these questions to your health provider

This is what I feel when I have.......

high sugar:

feel tiredness... no energy in body... feel like not to move out of bed even when awake... frequent urination... pain in lower leg and cramps in leg... if having any medical problems like wound/ fever/other medical condition then whatever medication is given will be less effective as body gets rid of medication with high loss of body fluids/urine from body...blurred vision/ cataract/ retina blood vessels hammraige /blood dots in eye fluids...(list is not exhaustive)

and if high sugar is not controlled for longer time than body organs will be affected and may result even in coma..... so it is very important to bring blood sugar level in control (consult your health adviser) but high sugar for rare occasions may not be harmful if for shot duration and infrequent....in this case need not worry.

low sugar:person feels hungry... may be profusely swatting...confused..speech may become difficult to understand by others... may loose balance..may behave like alcohol drunk person..low energy level...extremely high tempered...one or more than one of bove may happen..

(varies from person to person and list is not exhaustive)

must be treated immediately as/ may require immediate attention by doctor if person is not instate of taking sugar increasing substances by mouth...if person is in position to eat, take glucose or sugar/ sugar syrup/ simple carbohydrates to bring the blood sugar level higher than 60mgm/100 ml within span of 20 minutes...report the incidence to your health provider ... it may require to balance your drug dose with your daily activity and exercise amount and food intake timings... low sugar can produce delayed reaction from brain/decision making.. high heart beat rate.. may faint or loose consciousness....this happens due to reduce supply of oxygen to brain... if this condition happens ... requires immediate medical help!

once again I request u to consult yr doctor for more precise answer!!!!!
