Incomplete information. One factor of no help to conclude anything. Get it checked both for fasting and post prandial on the same day with regular breakfast one and half hours after food. Write any symptoms like thirst, weakness, hyper urination etc. including age. Better it would be to consult nutritionist who can advise you to completely overcome the problem without any need for medication at this stage.

right suggestion. Go for brisk walk for one hour daily and then go for then go for check up.GTT or PP will show the indication

10 to 15 % cut in your intake ,exercise may make u all-right. Cut in take till fbs is less than 100
