Doctors are trained to treat disease. Have you ever come across a doctor who advises that we have to ingest vitamins, minerals and protein to any normally healthy person. They look for diseases and treat them. Dear Dr.,Is FENFURO medicineclaims reduction in HbA1c from high risk level. If so what disage at age 73 yrs I should take.It is advertised in Hindu.After using this medicine insulin is no longer required it claims . Request you to guide all of us in this matterof concern.

FENFURO is, accordingto the company, derived from TRIGONELLAFOENIUM-GRACEUM. This is the biological name for fenugreek seeds,our good old "menthium or menthe". The Q is whether it is worth paying about Rs.28/per capsuleof FENFURO when you can take fenugreek seeds in various forms in your daily diet/food. I am not against anybody taking FF but pl consider the basic ingredient.

If youe sugar level is below 200, not to worry. At this age you require some glucose , but try to maintan below 200. walk and exercise regularly.
